Why ‘New Moon’ is expected to blow ‘Twilight’ away

The third full-length trailer for “New Moon” is quite the charm — not to say that the first two weren’t spectacular, but number three, which is the longest yet, definitely delivers the goods. So much so, in fact, I’ll venture to say that it’s concrete proof that “New Moon” will be leaps and bounds better than its predecessor, “Twilight.”

The first “New Moon” trailer centered on Edward and Bella’s heart-wrenching breakup, the second was all about werewolf Jacob Black, and now the third focuses on what’s coming up next: more vampires, more werewolves, more romance, and more action. Even though “Twilight” grossed over $383 million worldwide, this latest trailer makes it clear that “New Moon” will have no problem beating that number and whipping fans into a fever pitch, ready to sink their teeth into the next movie.
