Taylor Lautner Splashes Rolling Stone Cover

Earlier this week, “Twilight” star Taylor Lautner, who packed on some Popeye-style muscles to hang onto the role of Jacob Black in “New Moon,” admitted that showing off his new bod on the big screen and in shirtless photo shoots has become uncomfortable.

“It’s embarrassing for me,” Lautner told BoxOffice.com. “And I’m sure it’s awkward for [my family]. I’m hoping that [I don't get teased by my family] because I’ll start blushing.”

It seems like the teasing might start soon. Pictures of Lautner’s flesh-baring Rolling Stone photo shoot have surfaced on the Web in advance of their publication in the magazine. Snapped by renowned photographer Mark Seliger (who shot Megan Fox’s October RS cover), the photos show Lautner shirtless on a beach, a white T-shirt tucked into his back pocket, a leather football in his hands. Other photos show him straddling a motorcycle parked on the sand and running through waves with the pigskin tucked under his arm.
